International Conference on Emerging Trends in Science, Technology, and Management (ICETSTM 2026) aims to provide a premier global platform for academicians, researchers, scientists, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and students to exchange innovative ideas, research findings, and practical experiences in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Management.

Narasaraopeta is a city and district headquarters of Palnadu District of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The town is a municipality and mandal headquarters of Narasaraopet mandal and Headquarters of Narasaraopet revenue division. The town also is the seat of the court of Additional District Judge. Narasaraopet acts as a melting point for the Palnadu and Delta regions of the district. The town is also referred as the 'Gateway of Palnadu'. The main offices of Nagarjuna Sagar Jawahar Canal (N.S. Right Canal) Operation & Maintenance Lingamguntla Circle are located in this town. Also it is considered as holy place. The original name of the village was Atluru. The name Narsaraopet comes from Rajah Malraju Narasa Rao, the local Zamindar, who owned much of the surrounding areas. Narasaraopeta is the major commercial trading centre in Palanadu district. Narasaraopeta is located on flat land ringed by hills that are an extension of the Eastern Ghats with red rock soil. The summer months can get exceedingly hot up to 45 °C (113 °F), while winters are mild around 21 °C (70 °F). Rainfall is due to the monsoon and is concentrated in the months of July–September. The average annual rainfall is 761 millimetres (30.0 in). The southwest monsoon season contributes 400 mm (16 in), while the northeast monsoon contributes 299 mm (11.8 in). Pre-monsoon thundershowers contribute 75 mm (3.0 in). It serves as a major commercial centre to the surrounding villages and nearby villages of the Prakasam district and Bapatla district. The City is the regional centre for higher education and health services. As a result of proximity to several towns/cities like Chilakaluripet (21 km [13 mi]), Guntur (47.9 km [29.8 mi]), Piduguralla (34.4 km [21.4 mi]), Sattenapalle (22.3 km [13.9 mi]), Vinukonda (43.7 km [27.2 mi]), on an average around 50,000 floating population is observed on a daily basis. Narasaraopet Municipality is a civic body of Narasaraopet, constituted on 18 June 1915.[6] It got upgraded to Grade–I municipality on 28 April 1980 and It got upgraded to Selection Grade Municipality and has a jurisdictional area of 7.65 km2 (2.95 sq mi). Narasaraopet is a part of Narasaraopet assembly constituency of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Dr. Chadalawada Aravindbabu is the current MLA of this constituency from the TDP Party. It is also a part of Narasaraopet Lok Sabha constituency Vacant of this Member of Parliament (India).

Kotappakonda hill is a major religious destination dedicated to Lord Shiva. On the auspicious day of Mahasivarathri, a grand fair is conducted nearby the hill. During which people around the surrounding regions visit the shiva temple on the Kottappakonda hill. Bheema lingeswara Swamy Temple and Pathuru Shivalayam (renovated) located in the city also receive limited tourism. Sri Veera brahmamendra Swamy Temple, located at Lingamguntla Agraharam is also quite known spiritual place is two kilometres (1.2 mi) away from main city. Our Campus

The Narasaraopeta Engineering College was established in the year 1998 by Gayatri Educational Development Society, Narasaraopet, under the leadership of Sri M.V.Koteswara Rao, who has a vision of developing this college as an autonomous institution of higher learning & knowledge in the heart of Palnadu Region. The college is approved by AICTE, permanently affiliated to JNTUK Kakinada, Accredited A+ Grade by NAAC (cycle-2) and Accredited by NBA (Tier-1) of CSE, ECE and ME The college has three recognized R&D centres by JNTUK. NEC is conferred as AUTONOMOUS in the year 2016. The college has launched Incubation Centre where the students can implement their ideas. The college has MOUs with various Foreign Universities. The college offers seven M. Tech programmes, two PG courses of MCA, MBA and Eleven courses at B. Tech level in the branches EEE, CSE, IT, CSE (AI), CSE(AIML), CSE(DS), CSE(CS), IT, ECE, ME and CIVIL.

The college has well equipped laboratories including 1400+ computers with a bandwidth of 1Gbps internet. Microsoft Innovation Centre was established in the college through which more than 200 Mobile Apps, 50 Cloud Apps and 100 Windows Apps are uploaded every year. In order to build a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem established Venture Development Centre (VDC) in association with i2E North Eastern University, USA and APSSDC. Also, the college has Indo-European skilling Centre for Mechatronics and Industrial Robotics in collaboration with APSSDC and ARC (Applied Robot Control), Germany. AP CMs Skill Excellence Center to provide students access to the most advanced courses by industry giants. The college has established Institution Innovation Council(IIC) as per the norms of Innovation Cell, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India with ranked 3.5 Star Rating.
The seminar would be hosted at Narasaraopeta Engineering College Campus, which is 5 kms from Narasaraopet Railway Station and 75 kms from Vijayawada Airport.

Scope of the conference

ACCOMODATION

USE OF APPLIANCES

  • The use of electrical / electro-mechanical equipments, gadgets, appliances, such as electric stove/heaters/refrigerator/infrared cooker/electric iron are forbidden in any of the rooms allotted to the residents
  • Private cooking in the rooms or anywhere in the Hostel is strictly forbidden. Any such appliance found in a Hostel room will be confiscated and a fine will be imposed
  • The use of audio systems which may cause inconvenience to the roommates or other inmates is not allowed.
  • The use of personal T.V, VCR, and VCD/DVD is prohibited.
  • The students should not hire objectionable CDs from outside.
  • When the students go out of their rooms they should switch off all the fans, lights etc., and keep it locked(at all the times). Violation will attract suitable penalty and punishment by the authorities.

Mess

  • Discipline should be strictly maintained in the dining hall.
  • Day Scholars cannot be entertained as guests in the mess on a regular basis.
  • Food will not be served in rooms and the inmates are not supposed to take food from the dining hall to their rooms. If an inmate is ill, it should be intimated to the hostel management and they will make suitable arrangements for her food.
  • Wasting food is a social crime. For the first offence of wasting food by a boarder, warning will be issued to her/him. If the offence is committed for the second time a suitable fine will be imposed on her/him.
  • Every resident must pay the mess bill by the due date announced by the warden. Receipts in respect of payments of mess bills must be preserved till the end of the under graduate programme and produced in original whenever required by the warden or any other authorized officials.
  • A resident shall strictly keep to the timings set down for meals.

ROOM MAINTENANCE AND CLEANINESS

  • It is the responsibility of the warden to look after and take care of the general maintenance and cleanliness of the Hostel premises.
  • Sudden visits at any time will be made by the warden. If room maintenance is found not good and uncleanness a fine of amount Rs 500/- will be levied on each resident in the room irrespective of their explanations.
  • Fixing posters and pictures or writing on the common walls and disfiguring the walls of the roomare strictly prohibited.
  • The residents shall not have any guests living in their rooms without prior permission of the warden.
  • Garbage and wastage only be put at garbage box available nearby Rooms/hostel premises.
  • No function or celebration shall be organized at hostel premises or in rooms except with the permission of the Warden.
